This enjoyable Yoga class will stretch you to ‘your’ limit and help you find that space in your busy lives !

The Yoga class will enable you to spend time to care for yourself and find a sense of stillness and serenity in the mind whilst stretching and toning your body. Classes are informal and friendly.
