Championship instructors Jenni and Cat offer a safe and friendly environment for fun and fitness. Our lessons emphasise bringing the fun and social factor back into exercise, while learning an amazing aerial art!
Pole dance fitness is an all over body exercise. It will build up upper body strength and core strength, tone arms, legs, tummy and waist (all over!), improve co-ordination and flexibility…. And best of all it is a fun social way of doing it!
Bexhill instructor Jenni has over 6 years experience in pole dance and fitness and holds an Exercise to Music level 2 qualification, is a pole passion level 1 and 2 qualified instructor and a recognised PDC level 2 instructor. Jenni is also Pole Passions’ lead instructor certificate tutor, teaching nationally and internationally, and features on the i-phone app ‘pocket pole studio’…… so you know you are in safe hands with South Pole AKademy!
Jenni and Cat are also Miss Pole Dance UK 2009 synchronised doubles second runner ups, and have judged national and international competitions including the World Pole Fitness Championships 2010 in Zurich.

South Pole AKademy is a registered assessor for the Pole Dance Community Accreditation and Advancement Programme (APP). You can become a member and then take part in national official gradings levels 1-5. This is optional but a great way of tracking your progress and having some certificates to hang on your wall!
