Adults are recommended to wear any loose clothing so that they can move comfortably. Most people wear dance trousers (jazz pants), a T shirt and sweatshirt. (It is not a good idea to wear jeans or a skirt!)
You will need jazz shoes / sneakers and bare feet for the Freestyle / Contemporary class and tap shoes for the tap class. Please ask to see our catalogue - we can provide dance wear at very competitive prices.
Welcome to DanceMoves, fun & friendly dance classes for adults.
Using all styles of music and dance from freestyle to contemporary, we offer classes for adults who want to learn to dance, keep fit, have fun and maybe go on to perform! We also offer the IDTA exam syllabus in Freestyle dance, Tap and Musical Theatre.

Tap Tutor
We are one of few dedicated tap dance classes in the Bexhill area to make use of a wonderful solid oak dance floor at the Centre Stage venue in London Road. We have a full musical sound stage so why not let yourself go and enjoy some expert tuition in tap and musical theatre and some great fun along the way too !
