Boxing for Fitness
My name is Emma Rogers and I an a fully qualified REP's level 3 Personal Trainer. I have many one to one clients who have enjoyed the benefits of Boxing for Fitness, so I am now launching Boxing for Fitness exercise classes at Centre Stage in Bexhill. As a Thump Boxing UK Instructor I can deliver a great boxing workout !
What is Boxing for Fitness?
Boxing for Fitness is an exercise class which uses Boxing drills and training techniques at its heart. This is a non-combat class!
What is the class format?
Each class will run for 1 hour in total. The 1st 15 minutes will allow for new participants to complete a quick health questionnaire and Blood Pressure check. Those who have attended before can use this time to practice their moves!
Who is the class aimed at?
Anyone over the age of 18 who would like to improve their health and fitness whilst having fun!
Do I need to be fit to participate?
No! The class is tailored to all levels of fitness.
What are the health benefits of Boxing for Fitness?
You will see an improvement in all aspects of fitness:
